Pregnant women often think they have a cold or allergies when actually they are experiencing something called pregnancy rhinitis. It usually occurs after the second month of pregnancy and symptoms can include sinus congestion, post nasal drip, sneezing, coughing and even a runny nose. No wonder so many women think they have a cold!
If you surf and have postnasal drip, sinus pressure or a congested nose, you most likely have surfers’ sinusitis. Sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinus cavities and can cause anything from sinus pressure to post nasal drip.
