Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We can also accept your Debit Card if it is a MasterCard or VISA card.

Q. How do I add to an order I already submitted?

A. Please contact us if you would like to add any product to an existing order.

Q. I’ve placed an order but my discount was not applied?

A:  Please send us an email, reference your order number and we will apply the credit for you.

Q. Can I make a phone order?

A:  Yes, please give us a call at 707-579-9249 during our regular office hours. Monday-Thursday 9am -2pm Pacific.

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A. Please email us with your contact information and what type of business you have. We will be happy to respond!


Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

A. Yes, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are custom restrictions on some products, and may not be shipped to some international destinations. International delivery times vary by destination. USPS First Class Mail is not recommended if a timely delivery is important. Not all USPS First Class Mail includes tracking information all the way to the destination.

Q. Why are the costs for international shipping more expensive?

A. Our system pulls shipping charges from both of our carriers, USPS & UPS.  When you place an order, the system estimates shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Sometimes we are able to find cheaper ways to ship than the system allows for international orders.  International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us with any issues with shipping charges.

Q. When can I expect my order?

A. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it takes the mail carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our warehouse. We process and ship most of our packages within 1- 2 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.


Q. What if I’m not satisfied with the products I received?

A. We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction with any Baraka product you buy through our website. If one of our products fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it with receipt for a full refund or exchange – whichever you prefer. Email us for our return address.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will send you a label to mail the product back.
